All about the new Google tablet New Nexus 7
Google invited media on 24 July to a press breakfast with Android chief Sundar Pichai and presented the new version of the tablet "Nexus 7" a the first device with Android 4.3. The new Nexus 7, as the name suggests, it is going to have a seven-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels and 323 ppi (pixels per inch). The previous version had "only" 1280x800 pixels, which corresponds to 216 ppi. The hardware of the new Nexus comes the way from Asus. A Snapdragon S4 Pro processor (quad core) at 1.5 GHz from Qualcomm and two gigabytes (GB) of memory are installed in new Nexus 7. The new Nexus 7 is going to be the first device with Android 4.3. The case of the new Nexus is two millimeters thinner 50 grams lighter and equipped with a thinner edge than its predecessor. It can therefore easier to hold with one hand. The back again has a soft-touch finish, which went down well with the users as that of the old nexus, according to Google. For the crystal clear sound, Google has worked with the Fraunhofer Institute; the ultimate result is a virtual surround sound that comes at the request through headphones or the built-in speaker. Of the new Nexus 7 battery lasts up to 10 hours.
Google offered its new tablet PC two cameras; a rear five-megapixel resolution and a front-video cam with 1.2 megapixels. For fast data transport WLAN and Bluetooth are available - LTE there is unfortunately only in the United States. You can get the Nexus 7 with 16 or 32 GB of data storage and this option is available to your individual needs. A slot is available for an external memory card as well. Google fixed the price as 239 dollars for the 16 GB version and 269 dollars for the 32 GB model. The device comes in a few weeks in the market.
