How to Manually Install Android 4.3 in Samsung Galaxy S4
There is another test version of Android 4.3 for the Galaxy S4 (GT- I9505) published. In the current build, it should be the almost final version of the official firmware. New features are not added, Samsung has only removed some bugs. In the download package you will find Samsung mobile. The Android 4.3 version can indeed S4 (GT- I9505) Galaxy install, but since it is an Asian firmware, no other European language file other than English is included - but alternatively, you can choose English.

Odin3 v3.09 : These settings are made for flashing Android 4.3.
Under "Options", only the points "Auto Reboot" and "F.Reset Time" be marked - you have to leave all other fields blank. Check again all the settings and the correct assignment of the files because with a click on "Start" now you flash Android 4.3 on your Galaxy S4.
