Intel has announced the complete details of the brand new 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900KS. It is the world's quickest desktop processor that can offer up to 5.5 GHz max turbo frequency. The processor features Intel Thermal Velocity Boost and Intel Adaptive Boost Technology, which gives you the ultimate gaming experience. As per Intel, it is the quickest desktop processor available in the market.

Importance of The Processor:

It is for gamers and enthusiasts waiting for the fastest processor eagerly. The processor has 16 cores containing eight Performance-cores and eight Efficient-cores. The P or performance cores run at 5.2GHz, and the E or efficiency cores run at 4.0GHz. Besides, it has 24 threads and 150W processor base power. Its 30MB Intel Smart Cache lets you get more gaming power and performance.

As per his tweet, the model has scored 20263 on Time Spy; 44439 on Fire Strike; 9816 on Time Spy Extreme; 41525 on Fire Strike Ultra; 44497 on Fire Strike Extreme, etc. Therefore, relying on the scores, it will be around 8% in general or higher, but it depends on the benchmark suite.
